During your first month with us, you will work alongside mentors to learn the Signature method. You will meet different squads and learn from their unique workload.
Once you are ready, we will work with you to build a stable schedule that fits your needs alongside team members that know the value of teamwork!

Signature Cleaners can become Team Leads who still clean alongside their teams. They carry additional responsibility such as mentorship of new team members, inventory tracking, and attendance taking.
